LOBBY TO DE SKY

The project is called“Lobby to the Sky“, designed by Borja Esteras of Arquitalia in collaboration with Aritco.

This space invites us to experience the transition between earth and sky through design. It has been conceived as a meeting point between the monumental and the welcoming, where the immensity of a lobby merges with the warmth of a living space.

SC SHOOTERS

From SC Herrajes, we trust in Borja’s eye to choose the models that best integrate with his proposal.
He has selected three key pieces:

– Model 851 – Cleo, in Provençal color
– Model 863 – Coco, in bronze finish
– Knob 853 – Hazel, in gold color

These handles blend in with the space thanks to their chromaticism, which harmonizes with the natural finishes of the floor, the rendering and the ceramic lattice.
In addition, the carving in the grip area of the handles is related to the details of the counter, the diagonals of the lattice and the mosaic of the floor, providing texture and visual coherence.

SC LIGHTING:
THE KEY TO THE ENVIRONMENT

Lighting is one of the main protagonists of this space.
– In the foyer, the perimeter is highlighted with our neon L231, which creates a transition between the mosaic floor and the minimalism of the plastered walls and ceiling.
– In the lattice, we use the new COB L238, more efficient and with high luminosity, which provides a very intimate and cozy indirect light.
– The counter is also illuminated, creating a gradient that enhances its volume and transforms a simple piece of furniture into a spectacular piece.

FUNCTIONAL LIGHTING IN SHELVES

In the shelving area we have integrated the L200SC profile, only 7 mm deep: ideal for small spaces or thin boards, without compromising the structure.

This profile incorporates triple LED technology:
– Smart Connector: cut and connect at any point
– DOB on the strip
– Dual function

In this case, the CR model is used, with a recessed cover, perfectly integrated into the wood and consistent with the overall aesthetics.

On the shelves, we use the L209 profile, which illuminates above and below, highlighting the decoration and adding a sophisticated touch.

ARTISTIC AND TECHNICAL HIGHLIGHTS

To frame the work of the artist Ainhoa Moreno, a wooden frame from The Fucking Wood has been used with our L238 DOB strip, which gives prominence to the piece.

This space demonstrates how lighting not only illuminates, but also decorates, highlights textures and colors, and creates an efficient and welcoming atmosphere.

And as always, all transformers and drivers are from SC and are compatible with JUNG switches. Although we offer complete solutions, we also advise and certify our luminaires for integration with other control systems.
